Demos has over 16 years of experience in the industry and has worked within the private and banking sectors, providing complete real estate services. Areas of expertise include property valuation, pre-acquisition advice, commercialisation, due diligence and investment advice, including feasibility and cash-flow analyses. Demos has many years of managing diversified real estate portfolios, having acted as head of real estate in a leading asset management company in Cyprus, specialising in asset management, property sales, marketing, transaction and pricing.
Demos is a graduate of the University of Salford in Manchester (BSc Property Management and Investment), Neapolis University (MSc Banking, Investment & Finance), and Leeds Beckett University (DipHE). Demos is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a certified property valuer, as a member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK).
