Christos Nikolaou is a Property Valuer at Demos Georgiou & Associates, specialising in valuation and consulting for all types of real estate.
He contributes to valuation projects by conducting on-site inspections, due diligence, market research, feasibility studies, and preparing data-driven valuation reports in line with international valuation standards.
With a strong academic background in both engineering and real estate, Christos brings an analytical and methodical approach to every assignment. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London and an MSc in Real Estate from Neapolis University Pafos (RICS-accredited). He is also highly skilled in data analysis, including the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method, having completed a series of specialized training courses in this area. Christos is a registered Property Valuer with the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ETEK) and is fluent in both Greek and English.
