Chloe joined Demos Georgiou & Associates in 2025 and has been working in the real estate sector since 2020, specializing in Property Consulting.
As a valuation surveyor, she is responsible for conducting property valuations for various purposes, including sales, acquisitions, financing, and audits. She holds a BSc in Surveying Engineering from the Cyprus University of Technology and an MSc in Real Estate from Neapolis University. Additionally, she is a registered land surveyor with ETEK.
With five years of experience as a surveying engineer, Chloe has contributed to large-scale infrastructure projects, including roads, hotels, and high-rise developments, gaining extensive expertise in land surveying and property assessment.
